Our Ledbury based client is looking to recruit an Accounts Administrator to support the function and other key areas of the business such as Purchasing and Sales. No experience is necessary as full training will be provided; this position will suit an entry level candidate looking to pursue a career in the Accounting world.

We are looking for a candidate who has a willingness to learn with a keen eye for detail. You will also possess strong communication and IT/Computer skills; especially Excel. Strong motivation and the ability to work on your own initiative is also key.

Tasks are as follows:

· Processing of sales and purchase invoices

· Post - Open, distribute incoming post. Frank outgoing post and place for collection

· Maintaining schedules and maintenance files

· Supporting with other month end and ad hoc processes

· Assist with the management of stationery and other office supplies

· File documents and archive

· Shredding- daily/weekly

· Order meeting lunches

· Answering telephone as required

Supporting other Departments:

· Updating key information in MRP

· Maintaining schedules

· Updating procedures

· Booking hotels/travel on occasions

· Admin support for Sales training events.

Package: Salary: Initially £16,500 to be reviewed after 6 months, and thereafter in January to reflect experience and responsibility

Holidays: 20 days plus bank holidays, increasing after 3 and 5 years' service

Auto- Enrolment Pension Scheme and Death in Service Scheme - after 3 months

Eligibility for a performance bonus
