Your new job role

As an Accounts Assistant, your role will primarily involve data analysing and providing administrative and reporting support in order to highlight areas of improvement.

Key duties will include:

  • Collate and analyse data
  • Produce monthly reports to forecast improvements to the wider company
  • Maintaining document control on a web-based system
  • Present data and performance reports
  • Advanced Excel and IT skills
  • Liaise with management in order to solve process issues

What you'll need to succeed

You will be required to be highly IT literate in this role so will have advanced IT skills including Excel. The client is looking for a candidate with a finance background in order to excel in this role. You will need a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage your own workload in this accounts job. To succeed in this data analyst job role you will have a team mentality in order to solve problems.
