Reporting to the Financial Accountant, you will be supporting operations by performing Credit Control and Debtor Reporting administration tasks. Full time, permanent contract with professional development opportunities.

Ifor Williams Trailers Ltd is the European market leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of trailers up to 3500KG gross weight.

The product range is the most diverse in the industry and includes livestock and general purpose trailers, box vans, car transporters, tipper trailers, horseboxes and much more.

The business was established nearly 60 years ago and operates from substantial engineering, manufacturing and assembly sites in North Wales. We are looking for an Accounts Administrator to join our Group Finance team, based at our site in Deeside.

The Role:

Reporting to the Financial Accountant, you will be supporting operations by performing Credit Control and Debtor Reporting administration tasks. A key part of your role will be processing sales invoices on a daily basis and working closely with our world-wide distributor network to ensure timely payments. You will also process customer credits, complete price checks and chase information to solve queries.

You will support Debtors management by monitoring payment history measurements, including credit limits & ratings, and carry out monthly consolidation of debtors across all sites, with overdue analysis.

You will also be required to perform other ad-hoc analyses and tasks as necessary.

The Person:

Applicants should be educated to A Level or equivalent, including GCSE Maths at grade C or above.

Deadline orientated, with a dedication to producing accurate work, you will contribute to the team using your own initiative.

The role requires excellent communication skills and an analytical approach to complement our in-house training.

There is also opportunity for the right candidate to progress with Professional Accounting Qualifications supported by the company, in the longer term.

Experience of using MS Office software, particularly MS Excel, is imperative and previous work in an office environment would be advantageous.
