Accounts Administrator- Cobham
Your duties will include:
processing invoices and payments using Sage
Use of basic Excel to process data
Answering phones and dealing with HMRC queries
Chasing data records of clients
Scanning documents to other staff members abroad
Answering incoming calls and dealing with client queries
If you have some office and ideally accounts experience and can commit on a part time basis please apply for immediate consideration. You will be required to work 25 hours a week ideally 12.00- 17.30pm Monday to Friday but there is some flexibility on this.
