My client is looking for an Accounts Admin Assistant based in there Wimbledon office, although you may need to visit Epsom occasionally. The team is supportive and friendly, this would be ideal as a second job for someone who is eager to learn.

Ideally you will have Accounts experience, however if you have a strong admin background and a willingness to learn this would be suitable.

Duties include

  • Posting of receipts and payments
  • Account reconciliations
  • Checking invoices and statements
  • On-line payments
  • Banking
  • Preparation of management reports
  • General Accounts admin

If you have

  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Organisational skills
  • Strong Communicator
  • IT skills - including Excel
