Watson Evans Associates are working with a well established employer in the Penzance area who are looking to add a full time Accounts & Admin Assistant to their team.

With further expansion planned, the duties of this position could develop into a fantastic career opportunity. In the first instance, the role is to be offered on a full time, permanent basis with an annual salary likely to be between £18,000 and £20,000 dependent on experience.

You will be working under the guidance of the Financial Controller and will be responsible for a range of tasks including:

  • Purchase ledger
  • Sales related admin & analysis
  • Periodic payment runs
  • Stock management and assisting with documentation
  • Assist with wider admin duties as required

You will need to have previous experience of working in an accounts or bookkeeping orientated position, along with a good understanding of MS Office, in particular Excel with the ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly.
