The Company:
ER Recruitment is working alongside a leading training brand who specialise in teaching a wide range of topics to educate and qualify future leaders. Within the role as an Accountancy & Taxation Coach you will provide expert guidance and support to apprentices enrolled in our Level 7 Apprenticeship program, with a focus on developing their competencies in the field of management accounting and finance.

Role & Responsibilities of the Accountancy & Taxation Coach:

• Demonstrate deep knowledge and understanding of management accounting principles, financial management techniques, and relevant industry practices.
• Provide personalised guidance and coaching to apprentices, helping them navigate challenges and develop their skills to meet the requirements of the Level 7 qualification.
• Assist in the development and delivery of tailored learning materials and resources to support apprentices in their educational journey.
• Conduct regular assessments to evaluate apprentices' progress and identify areas for improvement, providing constructive feedback and actionable recommendations.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes, and incorporate relevant insights into the apprenticeship program.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including program managers, trainers, and assessors, to ensure alignment between apprenticeship objectives and organisational goals.

About You as the Accountancy & Taxation Coach:

• A recognised professional qualification in management accounting or finance (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, CPA).
• Extensive experience working in a senior management accounting role, demonstrating occupational competence and practical expertise.
• Proven track record of mentoring or coaching individuals to achieve professional qualifications or career advancement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
