Accountancy Practice Manager
An accountancy practice based in Manchester is seeking a Manager to join their expanding business. The business mainly undertakes accounts preparation, audit, tax and advisory and has a strong presence throughout the North West.
You will provide a key role in the accountancy practice, managing members of staff, ensuring their development and the business continues to achieve continued growth. You will provide a link to the partners whilst willing to undertake assignments when necessary. Additionally, you will use your knowledge and experience to aid the practice to effectively and efficiently manage work-flow and new assignments in the business.
Previous managerial or supervisory experience ideally from an accountancy practice business will be required for this position. Excellent communication and organisation skills compiled with the ability to achieve success through people. Ideally a Qualified Accountant although not a prerequisite, you must have several years’ experience within an accountancy practice.
