• Nurturing and expanding relationships with current and lapsed customers
• Proactively identifying and converting new business leads
• Responding to inbound enquiries, preparing quotes, and following up
• Keeping accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions
• Hitting monthly and annual sales targets with confidence

• 2+ years of B2B Account Management or Internal Sales experience
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
• Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
