Description

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients
  • Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimise the client experience
  • Resolve client complaints quickly and efficiently
  • Keep records of client transactions
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure company quotas and goals are met
  • Develop and execute a customer-focused strategy that increases client satisfaction

Profile

A successful Account Manager should have:

  • Proven customer service or client service experience
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
