We are delighted to be partnered with our friendly, established and highly reputable client as they seek to recruit an additional Client Account Manager to join their experienced and friendly team within their offices close to Burgess Hill. This role is available due to strong company growth levels and expansion.

Client Account Manger

Full time permanent role - office based but with flexibility to work from home one day per week after successful probationary period

Mon-Fri only - no weekend working. 40 hours per week - any hours between the core hours of 0800 and 1700

Role based close to Burgess Hill. Due to rural and beautiful location of the offices, you will need to be a driver and have your own transport. There is plenty of free parking on site for all staff.

Salary - £27000-£30250 per annum plus excellent company benefits. There is also a very achievable monthly bonus scheme available within the department, which will pay up to an additional £5000 per year.

The purpose of the role is to maximise client value by building strong relationships with key accounts. You’ll provide a seamless service to a portfolio of clients, ensuring they are serviced to the highest standard. You’ll be an invaluable member of the team and a core part of the ongoing growth of the business. The role is very much based around client engagement and exploring additional opportunities for business within these accounts. This is not a sales role.

Duties will include:

Using knowledge of clients and key accounts to cross-sell and up-sell to meet monthly gross profit targets

Be the main point of contact for larger, managed clients

Provide expert advice on products and ensure a strong relationship is being built with clients

Make pro-active calls to managed clients to assist in the growth and retention of accounts

Support all teams and contribute toward the success of the department/company

Experience, competencies and knowledge required

Previous account management / cross selling and up selling experience

Superb customer service / client service skills

Good computer skills

Self driven, motivated - with great communication skills

Driver with own transport (due to workplace location)
