Here at Saffron Building Society we’re looking for a Account Manager to join our highly motivated and dynamic Intermediary Mortgages team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a driven and hardworking individual to utilise their skills in a forward thinking and collaborative working environment.

We’re looking for a confident and influential talent with exceptional people skills to help maximise the Society’s mortgage business objectives through the proactive development and management of broker and other intermediary contacts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the Society’s profile across the intermediary market, develop and negotiate products with key brokers and work closely with our internal product management team supporting the development of new mortgage products.

Our proactive Account Manager must have a proven track record of building successful relationships over the phone along with a desire to develop professionally.

'The BDM team are the face and voice of Saffron for Intermediaries, providing first class customer service, helping brokers to submit business to Saffron and playing a vital role in the delivery of the Society’s lending plan. The Business Development Manager role is perfect for those who have experience in account management and who want a role that is both challenging and influential in helping to shape the Intermediary lending proposition at Saffron’ . Within this role you’re truly able to make a difference to the Intermediary Mortgages team and wider Society.

This is a permanent role; hours of work are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday totalling 35 hours per week.
