Account Manager £22,000 plus excellent annual and monthly bonus

My client, a dynamic, professional and forward thinking organisation based in Solihull is looking to appoint an experienced Customer Account Manager to join their well established, vibrant team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an established Account Manager or Customer Service Executive to join this exciting company in an office based role with plenty of opportunity for development and progression.

You will have a dedicated set of accounts/clients and therefore no cold calling is involved

Main duties:

  • Extensive liaison with your dedicated clients in order to promote new/special offer products and services.
  • Conduct research and planning in order to prepare for campaigns and target business effectively.
  • Resolve all client queries and enquiries, providing an exceptional customer service
  • Taking and processing client orders ensuring on time delivery
  • Dealing with all necessary administration, updating and maintaining client records
  • Play an active part in team and supplier meetings
  • Representing the company to the highest standard.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Ideally 2 years experience within a customer service/account management role
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Customer focused with the ability to develop long term relationships
  • Competent in managing inbound and outbound calls
  • Experience in achieving set KPI’s and objectives
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Candidate with experience of up-selling or sales would be strongly encouraged to apply

Package:

Salary up to £22,000 plus excellent monthly and annual bonus
