An exciting opportunity for a capable, proactive Account Manager to join their expanding team due to continued success and relocation.
Responsible for managing a client portfolio of leading brand names and ensuring the delivery of profitable sales, this role will require superb interpersonal ability, first-class time management skills and an impeccable client service ethic. Duties will include servicing & developing both new & existing client relationships, proactively sourcing & presenting creative product ideas to clients, liaising & negotiating with suppliers mainly from china and maintaining efficient administrative systems.
To excel in this role, you must have a can-do attitude with the drive & self-motivation to respond positively to pressure and to meet tight deadlines & prioritise rigorously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office 2010 and excellent verbal & written communication skills are essential. The successful candidate will be a committed team player with a demonstrable commercial awareness, proven experience in 'blue chip' client account handling and the ability to forge lasting relationships with clients, suppliers and colleagues alike.
Previous exposure to the process of sourcing & purchasing products and liaison with Far East suppliers will be a distinct advantage.
Although salary package will be negotiable dependent on previous experience.
