My client, a successful and rapidly expanding company in Stratford Upon Avon is looking for a customer service advisor to join their team.

You will be speaking with people over the phone, to negotiate the repayment of outstanding balances on their accounts.

The ideal candidate will have an excellent telephone manner, be empathetic as well as a good negotiator. My client is happy to give full training to those who possess exceptional customer service skills and there are genuine prospects to progress within the business for those who consistently perform well.
