Account Manager

Set on the outskirts of Manchester, this fully integrated agency has been working with a number of great brands for some time, which is a testament to their cultured and innovative approach to delivering results.

The role

You will be responsible for handling the TTL requirements of their key accounts across online and offline touch points. The clients are a mix of business to business and consumer, and cover different sectors as do their requirements - typical projects include all forms of press, outdoor, direct mail, websites, email etc. A fair proportion of this role will be focused on more traditional methods of marketing such as print alongside digital media. You'll work very closely with the Account Director, and manage a small team of Execs to formulate campaign strategies, and then oversee the status of each campaign.

What we're looking for

In essence, you will oversee the development of briefs on all creative projects, working very closely with creative, PR and digital teams. You will be managing costs, budgets, timescales of each project & for these reasons, it is necessary to have a sound understanding across all marketing disciplines which must have been gained in an agency environment. You'll most likely have around 3 years under your belt, and have the ability to deal with a varied portfolio of clients within different sectors across B2B and B2C, offering them professional, effective and proactive service at all times. Above all else, you will be experienced in delivering projects across multiple channels from advertising and print to online. As well as being able to work closely with client services and other teams to ensure a seamless transition of briefs. You will also be confident presenting your ideas internally and enjoy the challenge when a pitch for new or existing business is taking shape.
