Account Handler - Tech Startup Clients

We've got an amazing opportunity with a cutting-edge insurance brokerage in Cheltenham, and we're on the lookout for a talented individual with commercial lines experience to join their expanding team.

As the support to a team of Account Executives (AE's), you'll be instrumental in the day-to-day operations. While the clients you will work with will be primarily Tech businesses meaning there will be a lot of financial lines cover required, we're open to considering candidates with cross-commercial SME experience. If you have the experience dealing with financial lines like Cyber, PI, Management Liability, and D&O, consider it a major plus!

This role is your ticket to a dynamic Account Handler position. Picture yourself crafting compelling presentations for the AE's, liaising with insurers for renewal terms and new business quotations, and ensuring clients are always kept up to date. Of course, there's a bit of admin involved - chasing debt, generating renewal lists, issuing policy docs, and handling invoices. You'll be the go-to person for keeping things running smoothly!
