Account Executive (Cosmetics)

Location: Borehamwood (On-Site)

Hamilton Fraser, a valued part of Brown & Brown (Europe), are looking for an Account Executive to join their professional & successful team.

As an Account Executive you'll be working with the Key Client team to maintain and enhance existing Cosmetic and Healthcare key client relationships, so you'll need excellent inter-personal skills.

You'll need a sales focused approach as you'll be developing and driving the cross and up-sell strategy of the Cosmetic team, actively promoting and selling the range of policies on offer and making sure that we're complying with the demands and needs of every client.

Duties will include:

  • Working with the Managing Director/ Cosmetic Lead and the Key Client team, driving the expansion of the existing cosmetic business sector to wider specialist surgeon focused areas
  • Actively developing and maintaining professional relationships with insurer partners, affiliates and other third parties
  • Presenting on industry related topics when needed, to existing and new Key Clients, and industry partners, throughout the year across the UK (these can include weekends)
  • Helping with the preparation of events and exhibitions and attending these when needed (these can include weekends)
  • Supporting the Cosmetic team and actively selling policies via the usual inbound sales call process

Ideal experience would include:

  • Demonstrable experience in Medical Malpractice, Professional Indemnity and/or General Insurance
  • A focused approach to client relationships whilst ensuring excellent customer service and advice is always provided
  • Cert CII or significant progress towards the qualification would be advantageous
  • A good level of both written and spoken English is required, as well as excellent numerical skills
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-moving environment
  • Sound IT skills, particularly MS Office products, with the ability to learn new systems and procedures
  • Able to meet deadlines and manage own workload
