A full service, eCommerce Digital agency are looking for the newest member of their Client Services team! Could this be you?

  • Salary from £55,000 - £65,000

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Joining as the newest member of our Client Services team we need you to hit the ground running. Your day to day will consist of maximising services and revenue across a broad range of client accounts. Working with our Client Services Director, you will ensure the delivery team maintains a consist level of performance across all projects, as well as keeping in touch with client everyday via meetings. You will pull together client documents, manage budgets, present weekly and monthly reports and create contracts as well as renewing them. For us, its really important to find someone who is focused on maximising account revenue and generate opportunities that contribute towards sales goals. Furthermore you will help to mentor, coach and train our team of account and project managers, setting clear targets and helping them hit them.

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE

  • Minimum 4 years' agency side experience
  • Previous experience managing a team
  • An understanding of Digital Marketing and Website Development
  • The ability to acquire new business through existing and new clients
  • Experience working with B2B AND B2C clients
  • Strong interpersonal and people skills
  • The desire to become a key member of our Agency
