Account Director | Direct Mail / Transactional Mail | Leicestershire | £45,000 - £55,000
We have a great opportunity available for a Account Director to join this ambitious and growing Direct Mail/Transactional organisation. This Account Director role is to maximise revenue and ensure Account profitability, ensuring client relationships are strengthened and service lines are managed effectively to deliver benefit.
This is a fantastic senior account leadership position where strong previous experience of multiple line account management experience is key. You will need to demonstrate the highest level experience & success in taking forward new, inherited accounts with ability to demonstrate growth in these accounts is key.
Whilst challenging, this exciting role is for a "go getter" who doesn’t like to sit back, but constantly move the accounts forward demonstrating ability to be a forward thinking business, who likes to think outside the box.
You will be a "change manager" who can demonstrate natural ability to effectively manage, build and maintain new relationships managing multiple end client accounts.
- You will need to be an exceptional people manager, managing a small team at varying skill levels and experience levels.
- Ensuring the team is supported in the right areas and identifying in advance the need to move and shuffle resource as clients require.
- Technically sound, the Account Director will ideally have experience in transactional print and mail and/or direct mail.
