Whether you’re a recent graduate looking to kick-Start your career in finance, or you’ve had 1-2 years of relevant commercial experience, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
This role will give you the chance to showcase your exceptional interpersonal skills. As a confident communicator, you’ll nurture client relationships, and use a consultative sales manner to identify profitable opportunities for the business. You’ll also need to be able to handle a variety of administrative tasks and display strong written communication.

A background in financial services is advantageous, but by no means essential. What’s more important is your natural flair for account management, and a desire to assist clients obtain valuable solutions. Full training will be provided, and you’ll be closely mentored by senior members of the team from day one.

Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profits.
Develop trusted adviser relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
