7.5 Tonne Driver

Venrec are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client for a 7.5 Tonne Driver to join their team based in Northfleet, Kent

Once inducted this role offers an immediate and will then be long term for the right candidate.

The role entails:

• Making between 8 and 12 deliveries per day into licenced premises within London and the South East
• There will be heavy lifting involved and the driver will always be assisted by the Drivers Mate
• Occasionally driving our clients van as and when required.

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• A full 7.5 Tonne Licence, newly passed Class 2 Drivers are welcome to apply
• A valid Driving licence holding C1 entitlement, Digital Tachograph and CPC card
• No more than 3 points or a DD or DR showing on driving licence
• Experience within multidrop would be advantageous, but this is not essential, providing that good roadcraft is shown
• The rate of pay is £14.00 per hour + holiday pay

Hours of work are currently Tuesday to Friday but will be Monday to Friday during peak trading starting at 08:00am (No weekends or Bank Holiday work)
