5 Bed Supported Accommodation Manager. £37,500 - £40,000

Manchester Staff is currently looking for a talented Senior Placement Manager to work in fully supported living and join a fast-growing client expanding in Manchester.

You must have a valid driving licence to travel to different locations around the greater Manchester area. The successful Senior Placement Manager will have had experience in residential care, or in supported accommodation and a minimum Level 3 NVQ. Experience with Ofsted regulations or CQC is desirable.

Job Role:

• Overseeing 15-20 staff members
• Overseeing a 5-bed supported accommodation
• Implementing Ofsted standards
• Working with 16-18-year-olds
• 48 hours working week with some weekends

Requirements & Desirables:

• Experience in residential care or supported accommodation
• Level 3 NVQ minimum
• Experience with Ofsted or CQC is desirable
• Knowledge of safeguarding processes is desirable
• Degree in social work is desirable
