About the School - January 2018

This school is a prime example of what a successful inner city School should be. Located in an up and coming part of Waltham Forest, East London, this exceptional school produces above national average results at all key stages. Oversubscribed and with a great image within the local community this school continues to go from strength to strength. The class teachers are currently supported by excellent graduate TA’s who are set to join the school's teacher training programme the following September so there is good support to ensure these children get the attention they need.

About the Role - January 2018
This school is looking to bring in either experienced practitioners who can show a solid work history and consistently 'Good' lessons or newly qualified teachers who have the desire to develop into an outstanding teacher following the schools leading induction programme. Children at this school are above average in terms of attainment so subject knowledge will need to be strong. Parents at the school are 'hands on' and so someone who is able to form quick relationships with parents who have a real interest in their child's education will be required. This school would also be keen on finding someone who is ambitious and would like to progress their career over the time they spend at the school. To this end the school provides ongoing professional development and open access to the leadership team's vast teaching knowledge.
