Salary between £28,000-£38,000 depending on experience plus benefits.

What will you be doing?
As a 3rd Line Support Engineer you will be working with within a team of support engineers to deliver first class support to our client base. You will be responsible for resolving issues and providing advice on environments via phone or face to face site visits. You will transfer your technical knowledge into reliable solutions for the user.
Essential Skills:
- A track record of proving 3rd line support to a high standard.
- High level understanding of Networking, including switches configurations, Aruba, firewalls and security.
- Excellent communication skills to transfer technical jargon into real world solutions for clients.
- Experienced with MS365 and server integrations, configurations and maintenance.
- Experience with VOIP.
- Driving license and access to a vehicle is required.
