Technical Support Engineer (3rd line + Infrastructure)

Location: Liverpool - (Hybrid)

Package: Up to £40,000 Gross per Annum + Company-wide Bonus scheme + Private Healthcare Plan + Flexible start and finish times

Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent

Having partnered with automotive giants like Audi, BMW, Ford and Porsche; to deliver actionable, and qualitative benchmark campaigns.

At the forefront of benchmark technologies in the automotive industry, this high-tech player is now looking to further grow their technical operations team with an ambitious technical support engineer to play a key role in resolution of minor requests through to cloud related infrastructure problems across a cloud-native environment stack.

You would play an important role in resolution of internal queries, as well as working along-side ambitious engineers on the infrastructure level to ensure the environment can yield effective development processes.

To succeed in this position you would have:

  • Experience in resolution of 1st, 2nd and 3rd line IT requests
  • Experience in management of IaC or query resolution within infrastructure
  • Technical background in configuration and administration of networking environments (Switches/Wireless Access/DNS)
  • BONUS If: Exposure to Microsoft Azure
