About The Opportunity
The TPN team is growing, and we are looking for a motivated, tenacious and driven recruitment consultant to join our team. TPN Recruitment is one of the leading Cards and Payments specialist recruitment partners for identifying, engaging, and appointing specialist talent. We are renowned throughout Europe for our expertise and knowledge in sourcing talented permanent, contract and interim professionals. We are now looking for somebody to drive the growth of our new, sustainable recruitment division, offering exec level recruitment methodologies to the Northamptonshire market. For each successful placement, we donate a percentage of the fee to a global reforestation project, allowing our clients to offset their carbon footprint. We operate with very competitive fee's so there are plenty of hooks to garner your clients attention.
The role holder will be responsible for the Northamptonshire, Leicestershire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire commercial market. Developing new business and recruiting for a wide variety of commercial positions including, administration, sales, marketing, finance, and more, this may be entry level up to C' Suite. Your key responsibilities will be to develop and manage a pipeline of new clients. You will work closely with our Head of Commercial Operations to create a strategy of growth within your market - identifying new clients and appointing the absolute best in talent. This is a great opportunity to build something different and may include leadership opportunities in the future.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside the Head of Commercial Operations to develop a go to market new business strategy
- Generate new business opportunities over the phone and via face-to-face meetings.
- Develop a network of key decision makers who are responsible for hiring within your chosen companies.
- Candidate attraction - Utilise job boards, write compelling and innovative job adverts to attract top calibre candidates. Utilise head-hunting methodologies to seek out niche talent and utilise our in-house tech to source candidates.
- Manage candidates through the recruitment process (end to end), ensuring a best in class candidate experience.
- Negotiation of commercial terms
- Work towards and achieve KPI’s and monetary targets
- Compete in our pool tournaments and weekly quizzes, whilst offering to make the occasional cuppa!
About You
- We are looking for somebody who wants to make a role their own, who is driven, self-motivated and can bring some great ideas to the table
- Previous experience in recruitment is essential
- Previous sales experience is essential, ideally telephone based
- Looking to learn and champion the specialism of recruitment
- The desire to be a part of a team who are looking to create a fun and flexible culture.
- Ambition, determination, and passion to succeed.
- The ability to handle multiple priorities.
Salary
Up to £40,000 DOE plus uncapped commission
