My high profile Asset management company are currently recruiting for an Events Executive to join their team based in London on a 12 month contract with the potential for extension.

The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the team Lead and wider events team. The team are responsible for supporting our client engagement experiences. These include Conferences, Exhibitions, and Roadshows etc. There is also an opportunity for the event executive to own a portfolio of events. The role requires excellent organisation skills, good communication, flexibility and a positive can do attitude.

Main Duties include:

Work very closely with the Team Lead to provide administrative support for strategic event plans in line with business objectives
*

Extensive use of Cvent or similar software to Build Registration Microsites
*

Supplier management - Stock update and maintenance
*

Management & on boarding of New Suppliers
*

Act as Project Lead for the team - Take meeting minutes, identify actions and follow up with the Global team on deliverables
*

Arranging couriers in the UK and overseas, with accompanying itineraries
*

Event Expenses administration, Budget management and reconciliation
*

Supporting Senior events managers on larger more complex events
*

Provide administrative and logistics support when needed
*

Ability to own and deliver less complex events
*

Management of corporate hospitality tickets
*

Adhering to all relevant operational procedures and company policies and taking an active part in ensuring these are followed e.g. compliance procedures; filing procedures; risk management etc...

Advanced Microsoft Office 2010: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
