3 x Recruitment Consultant - Hybrid

Our client based in Northampton, are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join their team. Working in a vibrant, progressive working environment with a talented workforce, the ideal candidate will be intelligent, determined, precise, commercially aware and proactive.

Responsibilities:

• To source Educational professionals based throughout the UK.
• To generate/identify new business opportunities with organisations across Europe.
• To provide administrative support to the existing sales team.
• To negotiate and achieve established weekly, monthly and yearly targets.
• To ensure all production activities comply with the company's quality procedures.
• To support with some HR tasks, maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Carry out selection assessments on would be consultants and new technicians.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Educated to at least A' level standard.
• Must be at least GCSE grade C standard in Mathematics and English Language.
• Must be experienced in a customer-facing role.
• Must be very presentable and articulate.

• £25k - £30K depending on experience + uncapped commission.
