2nd Line Support Engineer- Up to £32,000 (DOE)

Oxford (hybrid- 2/3 days onsite)

MSP Experience

My client, a well established MSP, based in Oxford is looking for an experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their team.

You will be responsible for providing onsite and remote support to existing and new external clients, mainly 2nd line, via their ticketing systems.

  • Active Directory
  • Office 365
  • ServiceNow
  • Azure AD
  • Hardware/Software Troubleshooting
  • Windows Servers- 10/11
  • MS Exchange
  • SharePoint
