2nd Line Service Desk Engineer

Your Role:

  • As an IT Service Desk Engineer, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing expert support and guidance on a range of IT issues. From troubleshooting infrastructure problems to offering solutions for Microsoft Windows, Apple products, and more, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high-quality support services to users of all levels
  • Using our ticketing system to record, delegate, and track issues
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customers' infrastructure and network issues
  • Providing documentation and training to customers as needed
  • Collaborating with team members to compose responses to customer queries
  • Undertaking routine tasks associated with system monitoring and maintenance

Requirements:

  • 3 years of technical support experience
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • A-Level or equivalent education preferred

Schedule:

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday

Location:

  • Carnforth (In-person work required)
