An established and growing Managed Service Provider is a looking for a 2nd Line Support Analyst to join their expanding team. The company has built excellent relationships with their clients by setting high targets and always meeting them.

As 2nd Line Support Analyst you will provide 2nd Line support to a number clients and customers, it is of course important that you have excellent skills in customer service. You may have worked in a commercial role as a 2nd Line Support Analyst, often having to stay calm under pressure. Or you may be overachieving massively in a 1st Line technical role, and ready for this challenge to progress your career. Having had experience with Office 365, Citrix, Mimecast, Backup software and Apple Mac support would be a big advantage. Your generalised technical knowledge and problem solving attitude will mean that you will never be thrown, no matter what comes up. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about technology to progress their career with a Microsoft gold partner who embrace up to date and leading solutions.

The 2nd Line Support Analyst will have the following skills and experience:

- Experience of working within a 2nd line support role
- Experience in Active Directory and Exchange administration
- Supporting Microsoft Office suite
- Good knowledge of Microsoft software
- You will have had experience working within the ITIL framework at a previous position
- An interest in technology and IT troubleshooting
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good organisational skills

The role of 2nd Line Support Analyst is paying £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience plus benefits, the company require and encourage a passion for learning and development reward this by offering agreed training courses to all staff members. Each of these that are successfully completed adds a permanent supplement to your pay.
