Leading Manufacturer looking to expand their IT infrastructure team, responsible for day-to-day management of IT systems, services and comprehensive support to internal users and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities would include

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems.
  • Provide guidance to users on IT related procedures and policies.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Assist in maintaining and administering IT systems this includes user account permissions and access control.
  • Perform routine system maintenance tasks.

You'll need experience in…

  • Resolving technical issues via a ticketing system
  • Working to SLAs
  • Networking and network devices such as Cisco and HP
  • Switching, routing, firewalls - preferably Cisco Meraki
  • Windows Server 2008/2012/2016/2019/2022
  • Windows 11/10/8.1/7
  • Office 365 / Microsoft 365
  • TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VPNs

This is an office based role in Salford !
