Job Title: 2nd Line Engineer
Location: South Cambridge (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £29,000 DOE

We're currently in search of an adept 2nd Line Engineer to join our client's team in South Cambridge. This role offers a hybrid work setup. As a 2nd Line Engineer, you'll be pivotal in ensuring our clients' IT systems run seamlessly while providing high quality support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address escalated technical issues from the 1st Line support team with precision and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues across diverse platforms and systems.
  • Setup, configure, and manage computer hardware, software, networks, printers, and scanners.
  • Uphold robust security protocols across all systems.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance IT operations' efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in O365, Azure, Active Directory, and Networking.
  • Prior experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment is highly beneficial.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service acumen.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
