2nd Line Support Engineer - Glasgow (Hybrid) - To £35K

Lorien's UK-based client, is looking to recruit a 2nd Line Support professional to join their team in Glasgow due to continued business success and growth. They are looking for this individual to possess a background supporting O365 users and providing technical recommendations. The successful candidate will take the reins on 2nd line queries, complete a broad range of support duties for O365 users, and enjoy working for an organisation looking to expand and grow into the year.

An outline of some of the duties involved:

• Providing 2nd line support to staff and external customers across the organisation, particularly O365 users
• Assisting the sales team in the recommendation of suitable technical products and solutions
• Attend customer site visits, alongside business team and answer technical questions regarding propositions
• Provide technical direction in the creation of quotes
• Keeping customers regularly informed
• Escalating advanced issues to relevant department/team

They are asking for knowledge and skills across relevant tooling and areas including Office 365/Microsoft 365, PC Hardware, Teams/SharePoint, IT Service Management processes/procedures, Windows OS and Mobile iOS.

The position is paying up to £35,000 DOE, and offering a benefits package including:
