2nd/3rd Line Support - Windows Server, Active Directory, SCCM, VOIP, Office365, ITIL, Orchard , Promaster, QUBE - Bromley, Kent - £200-£250

The Role

An orgainsation based in bromley are looking for a 2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer for an initial 3 months who look at improving the lives of its residents and communities by investing money into the infrastructure making it one of the largest social investment programmes in the country.

Skills

  • Previous experience in using Orchard, Promaster, Kirona DRS, Civica Mobile, Qube, Pamwin & Servitor
  • Demonstrable experience of providing 2nd line application support - responding to and resolving Incidents and Service Requests in line with agreed SLAs/OLAs
  • Demonstrable technical application administration experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate confidently and clearly to an audience of varying seniority and technical expertise
  • Demonstrable experience of working in an ITIL environment
  • Demonstrable experience of successfully delivering lifecycle and technical projects
  • Contribution to service management process improvement and advocacy
  • Wider IT knowledge relating to SQL Server Admin/Scripting, Infrastructure or IIS would be an advantage
  • A sound approach to problem solving and supplier engagement and management
