2nd/3rd Line Engineer

Rate: Up to £400 per day 

Job Type: Outside IR35 Initial 6-month contract

Hybrid Model: 2-3 days a week onsite 

Office Location: Redhill, Surrey 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing 2nd and 3rd line support to the technology teams
  • Acting as a point of escalation to the service desk
  • Dealing with a mixture of project and support work
  • Supporting and configuring relevant technologies

Essential Technology / Skills:

  • Up to 3rd line support experience 
  • Strong skills with VMware products
  • Dealing with Hyper-V
  • O365 and Active Directory administration and configuration
  • Knowledge of Azure Fundamentals 
  • Experience with Netapp would be desirable
