A Maintenance Electrician with a background in Social Housing is required to work on Responsive repairs contract in and around West Yorkshire. Working from a depot in Hunslet, they will be carrying out basic domestic repairs in occupied properties. All the properties are domestic Social Housing. The candidate will be expected to drive a company Van, so a valid driving licence is required.
65% of the role is basic repairs including fitting new showers, external & internal light fittings and general fault finding.
35% of the role is carrying out Testing and Inspection on Properties in Leeds and the surrounding area.
Job tickets are issued via a PDA system. The role is for a minimum of 12 weeks, with a view to going Permanent. Van and uniform is provided. Hours are 8.00 to 16.30 and the candidate is expected to be on site by 8.00, not the depot. For further info please contact the Retinue team.

*ESC Gold Card
*Testing & Inspection certificate
*Past domestic repairs experience
*A valid Driving Licence
*Social Housing repairs experience (Desirable)
