2 x Customer Service Executives - Rugeley - Permanent

Due to year upon year growth our longstanding client in the Rugeley area are looking to recruit 2 Customer Service Executives to join their fun, friendly and vibrant team

The roles available are permanent opportunities so candidates on a notice period will be considered.

Successful individuals will be working as part of a well established team who genuinely care about their customers and service provided.

A typical day will consist of but not be limited to

  • Speaking to customers and providing a high level of customer service
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction is met at all times
  • Liaising with internal departments
  • Contacting customers back within SLA’s
  • Updating and amending information on the in house system
  • Complaint handling
  • Dealing with live chat calls

Key skills required -

  • 12 - 18 months office based customer service experience
  • Well spoken
  • The ability to work as part of a team
  • PC literate
  • An ambassador for the business to ensure customer satisfaction is paramount

Hours: 9.00am - 5.00 pm Monday - Friday

Salary £16000 - £20,000 DOE

Although transport is preferred the offices are accessible via public transport
