Technical Support Engineer Responsibilities

  • Incoming support queries from customers.
  • Ownership of support issues.
  • Troubleshoot, resolve, and document support queries.
  • Onboarding of customers.
  • Liaising with departments to resolve outstanding issues.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Network troubleshooting skills.
  • Windows and Linux server experience.
  • Group Policy and Active Directory.
  • Antivirus, firewalls, Wireshark, and VPN exposure.
  • 2+ years’ experience on a technical support desk.
