1st Line Support Engineer

£20,000 to £25,000 basic salary per annum plus benefits including pension, 24 days holiday and a very generous training package.

My key client, based in Central London, is looking for an enthusiastic 1st Line Support Engineer to join their team. They are an exceptionally well reputed organisation and the successful Support Engineer will be provided with extensive training to improve their capabilities in a number of areas.

If you haven't got experience with all the technologies below you will be exposed to these and it will be a great opportunity to upskill.


-Office 365

-Hungry and motivated to learn

-Microsoft Exchange

-Microsoft based operating systems and MS Office

-Excellent telephone manner

-SharePoint knowledge

-Strong communication and troubleshooting skills

The 1st Line Support Engineer will be based in London and will be getting involved with plenty of the upcoming project work.
