1st Line Support / Service desk - Belfast - Contract
Your new company
I am currently working with a well-regarded organisation who are seeking a 1st line support engineer / service desk analyst to join their Belfast team on an initial 6 month contract, with high view of extension, and are offering a lucrative rate of pay.
Your new role
In this role, you will be working within a team to help resolve and escalate different incidents whilst ensuring a high level of customer service. You will also assist this organisations clients with end user issues for general faults.
This role will suit someone who has a good support background alongside strong interpersonal skills, and wants to progress their IT skills further.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you must ideally have a minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role, and must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must also be able to work well independently as well as part of a team.
