Be part of our vibrant team as a First Line Application Support Specialist! This role offers an exhilarating opportunity to deliver top-tier support for our cutting-edge products to our esteemed partners and users. While previous experience in a similar role is advantageous, don't worry - we'll provide comprehensive training to ensure you're ready to hit the ground running!

As a pivotal member of our support function, you'll be at the forefront of our interactions with partners, end users, customers, and suppliers. Your role will involve swiftly logging cases, following prioritization models, generating and sharing reports, and orchestrating resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

* Swiftly log service requests, incidents, and RFCs, ensuring everyone involved is kept in the loop on progress.
* Whip up and distribute reports as needed to keep the team informed and engaged.
* Collaborate with other teams to coordinate resource allocation for upgrades and installations, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
* Make sure cases are prioritized correctly and don't hesitate to escalate to the Customer Support Manager when needed.
* Stick to our established policies and processes, maintaining a consistent and oh-so-professional standard of service.
* Offer support to our fabulous support team in their day-to-day operations.

To thrive in this role, you'll need to bring your A-game in communication, be a pro at listening and documenting technical issues accurately. But above all, a passion for delivering mind-blowing customer service is a must, along with a work ethic that's as strong as steel and the ability to shine both solo and as part of a team.

We're looking for applicants based in the UK, ready to bring their energy to our office in Bury St. Edmunds every day. Salary will be tailored to your experience and skills. You'll be working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm - plenty of time to make a difference and have a blast doing it!
