Role: 1st Line NOC Engineer
Location: Redhill / Hybrid
Salary: £23,000 plus shift allowance

In Technology group are proud to be working with a leading managed service provider, specialists in connectivity and the latest network solutions who are currently on the hunt for a 1st line NOC engineer to be to first point of contact for any networking issues.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT support engineer with knowledge and a passion for networking to move into a connectivity and network specific role.

The role:

  • Be the first point of contact for client network issues.
  • Working on first time fixes and escalating issue to senior engineers when required
  • Meeting SLA'a
  • Testing and troubleshooting
  • Configuration and change requests for multi vendor routing and switch devices

The candidate:

  • Excellent communicator
  • Experienced working in IT/Networking roles
  • Ideally has worked in a ticked service desk environment
  • Knowldgable in networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Knowledgeable in WAN/LAN

This is an excellent opportunity to develop as a network engineer in a network focussed environment where you will be nurtured and put through certifications along the way!!
