1st Line IT Support- Leicester

This is a 1st Line IT Support Analyst role which is requiring skills such as; Active Directory, Office 265 and strong communication skills is required by a leading MSP.

The key skills needed for this role are.

  • Active Directory
  • Office 365
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Good organisation skills
  • The ability to learn in-house systems and explain them to other people

The main duties and responsibilities of the role is to communicate effectively to the 2nd Line Engineers and explain how the in-house systems work to other people. In addition, you will be receiving, and logging calls on behalf of other colleagues and act proactively with them. Also, you will be managing incidents, requests and problems which arise and maintaining any incidents, requests and problems.

The salary for this role will begin at £23,000-£25,000 which includes a pension scheme as well with the chance of progression within the company!
