Role: 1st Line IT Support Engineer
Location: Swavasey, Cambridgeshire
Salary: £18,000 - £21,000 (DOE)


A well-established, leading managed service provider based in Swavasey is looking for a 1st line IT Support Engineer to join their growing team asap.

As a 1st line engineer you will work on a wide range of leading edge technologies, can further your skills and work with enthusiastic IT professionals. This role will involve a mixture of helpdesk work and on-site project-based work where you will be responsible for providing excellent Customer Service and support to external clients.

Due to the size of this business, they are excellent opportunities for progression internally, they can also offer a market leading salary and benefits package.

This role would be ideal for an experienced 1st line support engineer looking to expand their technical skillset in a great working environment.
