1st line Customer Support Consultant - Bury St Edmunds - up to £25,000

My client is a leading software house based in the Bury St Edmunds area and they have opened up a new role due to growth and internal progression!

They are now seeking a confident and passionate individual to join the technical team! This role is perfect for someone who wants to kickstart there IT Career and work with senior professionals. My client is offering a full training package and a progression plan.

Main responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for UK based Clients, both through phone and email
  • Log tickets though an internal ticketing system
  • Arrange and schedule new updated and installs for the client base

Previous experience

  • 1-2 years of successful Customer Service/Technical Support experience
  • Exposure to Microsoft products (Word/Excel/Windows)
  • Confident and Switched on personality

Desirable

  • Experience working within a ticket based environment
  • Working to agreed SLAs
  • Working with Internal systems/CRM systems
