This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running working in a telephone support environment.
Must have excellent communication, telephone, and customer focused service skills. Previous experience should include: Using call logging systems, supporting PCs and Servers, Microsoft products including Windows desktop, Windows Server, Exchange Server, SQL Server, Office and Outlook in an Active Directory environment. An understanding of networking concepts eg TCPIP Firewalls, VPN and Routers is required. Current Microsoft certification also required.
