Job Title: 1st / 2nd Line IT Support Engineer
Location: Whitehaven
Structure: Hybrid (1 day WFH)
Salary: up to £33,000 DOE
We're seeking a talented IT Support Engineer to play a pivotal role in providing technical assistance to a varied range of clients industries, ensuring the smooth functioning of their IT systems.
Providing digital communication solutions and strategies, our client provide the very best in support for IT & Cyber Security, AV & Video Conferencing, Unified Communications, Radio systems and IT Infrastructure / Networking support.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st & 2nd Line support via phone, face-to-face and remote solutions for IT-related queries
- Escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure tickets are dealt with in line with KPI's & SLA's
- Assist managers on key projects
- Floorwalking rota
Skills required:
- Office 365 Applications
- Active Directory
- DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP
- Telecoms / VOIP
- Router configurations / installations
- LAN / Wireless Networks
Desirable:
- SC Cleared
- Microsoft Azure
- Backup Solutions
- MSP Experience
- VMWare/Hyper-V
