Ventive is an innovative company working on a new scientific approach to building services (based on Passive Ventilation with Heat Recovery) to serve a number of markets within the built environment, with the mission being to transform the construction industry.

Beyond the application of passive ventilation, the company is working on remote and autonomous controls using directly connected ventilation and heating system controls to remotely monitor, optimise and adapt building services.

The Company and the leading team have won numerous awards for its innovation including the Best Start up at the Lloyds TSB Enterprise Awards and more than 20 sustainability, retrofit and innovation awards, including: Air Movement Product of the Year (Heating & Ventilation News 2016); Best Innovation in Energy Management; Best Sustainable Innovation Award (CIOB); Best Retrofit Innovation (Retrofit Awards); Best Retrofit Project; Best Sustainable Building (Sustainable City Awards); Best Carbon Reduction Project (EDIE) and the 2011 Inventor of the Year (Autodesk).
